A mortal woman. Joey's wife. She is a year younger than Joey. They married each other in their forties. She took over Bluma's responsibilities in B's Kingdom when Joey took over Billy's role, to allow Billy and Bluma to take much needed vacations. That arrangement stayed in force until Billy handed the reins to Theodore and Dora.
