Bluma

A girl. Billy's childhood best friend. Born during the Tribulation to Barry and Mary, she grows up alongside Billy. In the final story, grown-up Billy and Bluma fall in love, get married, and start a family which becomes a new nation. Barry and Mary's daughter.
